For individuals we prevent the recurrence of pain or injury by providing them with skills and strategies to overcome the causes of their discomfort. 

For sport and leisure clubs we work to prevent injuries across a whole group.  We do this by screening members for early precursors of injury such as tightness and imbalance; by observing sessions at the studio, on the pitch ,or in the gym; and by monitoring the regularity with which niggles occur – niggles which if not managed properly, may turn into injury.

And for companies we help prevent work-related injury through assessment and  screening.
